Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made afterwards will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. We recognize that there may be exceptional situations, and we encourage you to reach out to discuss any concerns. LATE ARRIVALS: If you are late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require a new appointment. ADJUSTMENT POLICY: If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us. Adjustments must be requested within 7 days of the original service to be eligible for a free adjustment. Requests made after this period may incur additional charges. We do not offer refunds. PAYMENTS: We accept credit cards, cash, Zelle, and Venmo for payment options. Credit cards do have a 3.5% convenience fee. If you would like to void the convenience fee, please feel free to use cash, Zelle, or Venmo.
